Find verified student accommodation with zero surprises.
99 Crib verifies every listing in-person, and holds every payment in escrow until move-in is confirmed by you and the landlord.
The problem we solve
Off-campus housing shouldn't feel like a gamble.
A stressful search
Students spend too much time finding accommodation with little confidence in the location, price, or condition.
Fake listings and scam agents
Unverified accommodations and dishonest agents put students and families at risk of losing money.
Payment without protection
Students are often pressured to pay before they can confirm that the accommodation exists and matches their taste.
Simple by design

All payments and wallet savings are processed through a licensed, regulated payment partner not held informally by 99 Crib. Your money is subject to full financial regulation at all times.
